Key responsibilities:

1. She/ He will manage the company's total rewards program and ensure a fair and accurate compensation plan for the employees.
2. She/He will manage high-potential and succession planning programmes.
3. Plan talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent.
4. Identify required trainings /skills / competency requirements within the organization.
5. She/ He will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives and strategies that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the needs of the company relating to: organizational design, organizational change, performance management, workforce and strategic planning.
6. She/ He will be accountable for preparing and managing the executive management development process.
7. Manage the talent acquisition process, in addition to working closely with each department to ensure that the recruitment service meets the required needs.
8. She/He will be responsible for providing regular reports to other departments on their recruitment and selection activities.
9. She/ He will have a main contribution as an HR team member to develop and enhance policies, procedures and systems within the company.
10. She/He will be the one who's managing HR department budgets & cost-saving plans as set by the executive management.

Key requirements:

1. 10 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources field.
2. Fluent English is a must.
3. Extensive knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Laws.
4. Extensive knowledge of HR and Organization Development practices.
5. Strong communication & negotiation skills.
6. People management for at least 4 years with strong leadership skills.
7. Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
8. Hands-on experience in Total Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits function.
