Responsibilities & Duties :
• Lead the development of an effective HR Operational Service including payroll and HR information systems, deputizing for the HR Manager as appropriate
• Contribute to the development of company policies and creative methods of working with strong focus on building competitive and attractive compensation & Benefits schemes to ensure attractions to key talent and internal engagement
• Contribute to the development of the company’s people strategy and ensure the effective operational implementation of all people initiatives, projects and programmes
• Contribute to implementation/change process related to re-design and organizational changes, to suit business needs ensuring relevant HR processes are in place to govern those activities
• Build strong relationships with the wider HR team to develop a consistent approach to people management within the HR and HRBP Service and across the company
• Resolve complex HR policy and employee issues involving and engaging with key stakeholders, considering the wider business context and external factors
• Manage different Stakeholders providing services for HRIS and Payroll ensuring they comply with the internal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or HR
- Preference also for post graduate studies in HR.
- Typically requires a minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience with strong experience in C&B, market analysis and development of policies.
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
