My Global client based in Bracknell are looking for a Human Resources Specialist, salary £38-£43K depending on experience, Hybrid working, Flexi Hours and 1pm finish on a Friday!
Must be a Experienced HR Business partner/Advisor/Officer
The role will expect to be involved in all aspects of HR Operations delivery for example, Associate Relations, Policy improvement, Onboarding, Recruitment and other HR areas of the business.
As a member of the HR team, you will support HR/Pan European activity as required to ensure we deliver an exceptional HR service to the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Full Absence Management involvement, supporting the line managers and Associates through the process, to include phased return to work plans, calculating sick pay, sickness absence reporting and managing the Occupational Health Referral process.
- Support with Case Management of disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
- Keep up to date with changes in Employment Legislation and its impact on the business.
- Be a point of contact for Associates and for the business on employee matters, such as any general HR issues for both permanent and non-permanent associates.
- Support management with monitoring, reviewing, and updating HR policies as well as improvements to reflect our company values.
- Maternity case management
- Support with Flexible Working case management
- Deliver HR Induction training and review content regularly.
- Support with the enhancement and continuous improvement of Onboarding.
- Support all HR activities through the employee lifecycle (e.g., performance management, benefit updates, off boarding processes)
- Attend interviews to support with the recruitment as required.
- Provide administration support as required for the HR Operations Section Manager and HR & Administration Department Manager. Ensuring all administration processes are promoted and managed timely and accurately.
- Ensure the input of accurate HR data on the HR database (SAP Success Factors) in a timely manner.
- Utilise the HR database for weekly/monthly reporting to support HR activities.
Skills and Experience
Required
- Significant experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experienced and confident in UK employee law and relations management.
- Experienced in the full Absence Management process.
- CIPD Level 5 or experience at that level.
- Clear & effective communicator with all levels of an organisation
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining quality.
- Flexible and adaptable in supporting all parts of the wider HR team.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
