HR SPECIALIST (JR/MID/SR)
 

Responsabilitati principale:

• Suport pentru gestionarea proceselor de resurse umane;
• Recrutarea si inductia personalului la locul de munca;
• Instruirea si dezvoltarea personalului;
• Evaluarea salariatilor si raportarea datelor de personal;
• Managementul performantei, calcul salarial si toate activitatile asociate (pontaj, dosar CAS etc.);
• Administrare de personal: intocmirea, modificarea, incetarea contractului de munca.
   

Profilul candidatului cautat:

• Studii superioare (studii in domeniul resurselor umane – reprezinta avantaj);
• Experienta de minim 2 ani in activitati similare este un avantaj;
• Cunostinte operare sistem calcul salarial (Ciel - avantaj);
• Cunostinte legislatia muncii si Revisal;
• Cunostinte limba engleza – reprezinta avantaj, limba romana - obligatoriu;
• Cunostinte operare PC (Excel).
