Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- The person will be responsible for HR information systems, maintaining data, running and developing reports
- You will manage records for new starters and leavers
- Process documentation Contracts, Social Security, Retention Tax, others
- Maintaining existing employee files, manage holidays, sickness, and other absences
- Support employees and managers for any HR related inquiries
- Manage work permit process for allocated business teams
- Support with writing policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience more than 5 years
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- English Advance Level
- Proactive and exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively, whilst working closely with the team
- Motivated and able to overcome obstacles that come with working a high-volume environment
- Experience working with SagePeople would be considered a plus
