Our client is a Dutch company and global market leader in spiral conveyor solutions.
They achieved this leading position by offering a unique product, by putting the customer first and by focusing on quality and innovation. You will find their machines at almost all manufacturers of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods like Heineken, Coca Cola, Unilever, etc.) and at distribution centres for major e-commerce companies. They are looking for a:
HR Generalist
Job Responsibility:
- Work with the organization’s leadership to develop and direct the HR agenda
- Ensure that HR procedures are up to date and compliant with current laws
- Work with the organization’s leadership to help guide and communicate overall company strategy
- Assists and advises the business and executes HR processes and activities, for example Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management, Monthly Headcount Reporting and budgeting activities, International Mobility, and the Annual Reward Review (ARR);
- Uses best practice knowledge to provide thought leadership to support future capabilities for the business function;
- Help align business objectives with management and employees
- Understands the business needs and supports the business to make the right people decisions to positively impact the commercials of the business function;
- Ensures strong relations are fostered with management teams and acts positively and effectively as the gatekeeper between the business function and HR/COEs;
- Identifies people or process trends, suggests improvements and ensures that the business function adheres to the delivery of the agreed HR agenda;
- Provide HR guidance, deal with more complex HR situations, including disciplinary issues
- Structure the compensation and benefits package and coordinate benefit programs for employees.
- Help improve working rapport amongst employees, and between employees and employer
Ideal profil:
- Excellent knowledge of the Romanian labor law
- 4 years HR experience in a similar role is a plus;
- Ability to prioritize and organize, flexibility, result-driven;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in dealing with all HR related aspects, from the simple to the more complex tasks
- Ability to interact with employees from every organizational level
- Relevant studies in the HR field
- Fluent English language skills
