Responsibilities:
Supports managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver the organization’s objectives, manage people, implement change, and build relations with key stakeholders (internal/external)
Acts as a first point of contact while ensures the execution and delivery of all HR activities such as onboarding, off boarding, talent management, performance management, headcount planning, compensation & benefits, organizational development, internal communication and legal issues with an approval of Operations Director in Kazakhstan
Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
Follows up employee satisfaction and loyalty applications, improvement actions and further processes, leads the cultural change
Executes Career Management, Assessment and Development Center applications
Compile and prepare related presentations, reports, and analyses
Conducts all legal and discipline & ethics processes and ensuring compliance with the labor law requirements, state legislation, company procedures, and policies
Promote employer branding activities
Works in close cooperation with HQQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with major in HR, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Very good knowledge of Labor Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity of workforce and stakeholders
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Willingness and ability to manage the change and innovation culture
Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Good team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
