We're hiring for "The First Manufacturing Shared Services Center" in Egypt, and looking for an HR Workforce/ People Services Associate to be responsible for the following:

• Management of various aspects of workforce and foundation data, including employee data and records, organization, job and pay structure data.
• Collecting and maintaining up-to-date Workforce and Foundation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data, as well as compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
• Providing employee and business support on HR-related matters to ensure a high-quality service delivery and employee experience.

Key requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years of experience handling HRIS, Employee Relations & workforce support functions within HR domain.
• Current or previous experience in a Shared Services Center is a MUST.
• High profficeincy in HR Data management.
• SAP user.
• Well acquainted & knowledgeable of local labor law.
• Details-oriented, organized & focused.
• Excellent communication skills & multiple stakholders management.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
