Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 10-13 years of overall experience with min 5 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial realities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in managing shared service centers, outsourcing, subcontracting, and technical (electrical and BMS engineering) related recruitments.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and company policies for mainland and free zone entities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a performance-based culture through KPIs and OKRs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• UAE Driving License required
