Job tasks

1. Prepare annual recruitment plan according to the global HR strategy plan, organize and complete social recruitment and campus recruitment fair.
2. Responsible of the planning and implementation of employee incentive measures to effectively stimulate team vitality.
3. Setting up the training system for oversea employees, improving the working ability of employees, curriculum framework, and training on the inheritance of corporate culture and values.
4. Company cultural management and improve the employ fidelity
5. Launch the multi-cultural activities and increase the integration of different offices.

Requirements

1. More than ten years of experience in corporate human resource management, with rich industry experience and solid technical foundation in the field of HR management.
2. Strong management and coordination capability, management and coordination experience
3. Result oriented, focus on performance, knowledge of motivating high potential employees.
4. Able to analyze and solve the daily HR topic from a global perspective through human resource knowledge, working experience and industry insight.
5. Learning capability, pay attention to organizational development and career development.
6. English/Spanish fluent speaker, international HR project experience is highly evaluated
