Responsibilities:
1. HRIS Administration and Maintenance:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document HRIS requirements, including system enhancements, integrations, and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain HRIS system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or technical support teams to resolve any system-related problems.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to define data governance policies and procedures, including data entry standards, data validation, and data retention.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and HR strategy.
- Provide data analysis and insights to HR leadership for workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, and implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
3. System Enhancements and Integrations:
- Identify system enhancements and process automation opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to evaluate, select, and implement new HRIS modules or tools that align with the organization's HR technology roadmap.
- Manage integrations between the HRIS platform and other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits administration, or learning management systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful integration implementations, data mapping, and testing.
4. User Support and Training:
- Provide user support and training to HR professionals and employees on HRIS functionality, self-service features, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and other resources to facilitate system adoption and utilization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution, escalating to technical support or vendors when necessary.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system usage optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or in a similar HRIS administration role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HRIS implementation, data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Experience with HRIS integrations, data mapping, and system enhancements.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to generate insights from HR data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
