Hiring for HRMS & Payroll (OTL Functional) Consultant for a Global IT services / system integration major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: HRMS & Payroll (OTL Functional) Consultant
- Location: Mumbai
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HRMS and payroll applications and solutions that meet the specific needs of their organization.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that the applications are integrated with other systems used by the organization.
- Provide support to end-users by resolving issues and providing training.
- Analyzing and understanding the business requirements related to HRMS and Payroll.
- Configuring and customizing payroll applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to HRMS and Payroll applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HRMS and Payroll.
Candidate requirements:
- 4+ of experience as Oracle Apps Functional consultant with Implementation module expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, & Oracle Time and Labor.
- Hands-on experience in any of the above modules with onsite exposure interacting directly with clients and writing Fast Formula for Core HR, Payroll & OTL Modules.
- Knowledge & Implementation of Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management, IRecruitment modules.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, and preparing documents like Fit gap Analysis, BR100, User Manuals, TE040 with Test case scenarios, preparing prototype and conducting CRP’s, perform system and integration testing, conduct UAT, Conduct Trainings, Train the Trainer, Conduct Knowledge Transition.
- Knowledge of basic SQL Skills Oracle HRMS & Payroll Tables writing simple SQL queries.
