Role details:

• Title / Designation: HRMS & Payroll Techno Functional Consultant
• Location: Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing HRMS and payroll solutions.
• Configuring and customizing payroll and HRMS applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Responsible for staying up to date with the latest technologies and developing and maintaining documentation related to the applications.
• Collaborating with other teams to integrate the HRMS and Payroll system with other systems.

Candidate requirements:

• 4+ of experience as HRMS Techno Functional consultant with module expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll.
• Hands on experience on EIT & SIT in Core HR modules and payroll interfaces and execution of MD070, MD120 documents for project deliverables.
• Knowledge & Implementation of New OAF Pages or OAF Customization/extensions.
• Experience working on MD050, BR 100, TE040, Conduct UAT trainings.
• Hands on experience in in SQL, PL/SQL, RICE components like BI/XML Reports, Interfaces, API’s, Conversations, Extensions, customizations, Personalization, Basic of Unix, AOL Components.
• Experience in implementing SQL, PL/SQL, RICE components like BI/XML Reports, Interfaces, API’s, Conversations, Extensions, customizations, Personalization, Basic of Unix, AOL Components.
• Experience with Payroll tables, Payroll API’s, and implementation of Payroll reports.
