Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of HSE policies in line with Romanian legislation, client and company standards
• Assist in risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to HSE reporting and documentation
• Help organize HSE trainings and employee inductions
• Support emergency preparedness plans and drills
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or similar
• 2 years of experience (internships/entry-level roles welcome)
• English proficiency at B2 level.(German is a plus)
• Willingness to learn, travel occasionally, and work in a dynamic environment
• Driving license (Category B)
