Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy.
2. Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
5. Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain the pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Technical Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager.
2. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analysis.
3. Knowledge of labor law and best practices in HR.
4. Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
