The HRM is a new role that will supervise the existing three entities in North-East America.
Structure of the department :
- Current subordinate - 1 support specialists in HR
- Coordinate entities of approx. 100 Employees , growing
- Must be able to increase the nr. of employees and reduce the turnover/maintain attrition
- Main projects to be working on: Recruitment, Organizational & Development, relationship with external parties, deep knowledge of labour law, reporting to the Group HQ with great accuracy. In terms of recruiting – this task is crucial. The entities in USA looks to attract Field Service Engineers, Automation engineers, Mechanical Engineers etc - top priority roles.
Main scope of this role: expansion role, growth
RESPONSABILITIES
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with corporate strategy
• Manage employee relations by addressing requests, complaints, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, interface with external suppliers. Create a communication network with schools and universities Preparation of contracts
• Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation and retention
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
• Maintain compensation plan and benefits program. Support the management control in the preparation of the budget
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance
Bio on DM (operational manager) Direct report to a group HR and indirect report to USA Regional Director.
The few most important must haves of the best matching Candidate in this role are:
- Good adaptability and professionalism; ideal experience within similar industrial field
- HR generalist exposure is essential; hands on approach; industrial recruitment experience is a must
- USA visa a must; a local HR senior is best for the role
- USA Employment legislation and relevant exposure

Technical Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager (minimum 5 years’ experience)
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Law or Economics or related field

- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
C&B draft package
- Salary ranges min.60k – to max 75k USD gross p.a. according to candidate seniority and experience
- 1st year house paid by Employer if relocated from another locations in USA
- BONUS 15K€ (50% FIRST YEAR) – (50% SECOND YEAR)
- Other perks tbd according to the role, local legislation and Company policy
Interview process will consist in 2 (or 3?) interviews all via TEAMS video.
