Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, managing at least 80 staff members.
- Open to relocation to Winamac, Indiana, with expenses covered.
- Proven track record in fostering employee engagement through activities and recognition programs, alongside robust skills in training and hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of HR to customize organizational HR strategies to meet mill-specific needs.
- Organize and conduct employee training sessions, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Provide HR guidance across all staff levels, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and staff administration.
- Engage in continuous learning and participate in professional development opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree is an asset; a minimum of 5 years in HR Management is required.
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SPC) is advantageous.
- Experience managing HR across multiple sites is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and knowledge of HR practices are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office and HRIS systems, Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
