Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies and procedures.Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate training plans.Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system implementations.
