An experienced Human Resources Administrator (at least 2 years HR experience) is required for well known brand. This company are offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the HR team
The HR Manager requires an administrator with solid administration background as the role will be dealing with contracts, leavers, payroll details.
This role will be based in their newly modernised offices, with car parking onsite
Salary £28,000 plus Company bonus.
Personality, Skills & Experience required:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Solid Experience in HR Administration
- Good Understanding of Payroll
- PC Literate
- Can pick up new systems quickly
- Reliable & Organised
- Excellent Communicator
Highlight of duties:
- HR Administration including starters, inductions, contracts, leavers
- Ensuring the HR administration is kept up to date
- Support the payroll by ensuring all HR files are correct
- Writing Job adverts
- Liaising with agencies
- Managing the candidate experience from CV to interview...
