We are looking for an HR Associate to join our client's HR team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

Ultimately HR Associate will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring HR procedures run smoothly at all times, include full-recruiting cycle management, preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee database. In addition to that in this role, assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues.

To ensure success as an HR associate, you should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Ultimately, a top-notch HR associate is well organized, efficient, and approachable

HR Associate Responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Communicating with potential job candidates.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
• Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
• Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
• Conducting employee orientations.
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Explaining employee benefits.
• Responding to HR-related queries within the company in a timely manner
• Maintaining employee confidentiality.
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Employment Law
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

HR Associate Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience (3 yrs. At least) as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)-SAP user is a privilege
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a must
