For our client, people are the most important asset and this person will be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize their established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HRBP job description and specification.
You will:
- Implement HR strategies and processes aligned with the overall business strategy,
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Advise management on daily HR-related topics including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Training and Development, and Employment Relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the recruitment and hiring
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Build and develop the team based on business needs
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders within the business;
- Nurture a positive working environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as HRBP
- Knowledge of HR process and tools
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Very good knowledge of English
- Result oriented
- Quick learner
