ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is the continuation of our expansion in NORTH Romania, covering 12 working points, acting as a generalist HR and a direct partner to all the business managers in the related working points.
The scope of the role is to be the interface between HR department and local managers by helping applying the HR policies, by engaging managers and employees throughout entire employee life cycle.
This person will have to travel sometimes in Romania at a half - national level (mid-to north part of Romania) an 30-40% of travel time and will work independently (remotely) and will report directly to Director Human Resources.
HR team consist of over 17 Employees. Direct manager has the drive to make together with the HR team a transformational journey of the organizational culture to a more constructive one by accompanying the managers in becoming leaders.
The few most important must haves in this role are:
HRBP is responsible for deployment across all business lines, the HR strategy through standardized processes at Group level. Job purpose: design, coordinate and implement HR programs, to address specific business line needs.
Responsibilities
✓ Leads the processes of onboarding & offboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management,
learning & development, motivation & recognition, succession planning & career path for the allocated
business lines.
✓ Develops, implements, and monitors the strategic HR initiatives in close cooperation with managers and
team leaders.
✓ Actively promotes HR projects: employer branding, internal communication, talent management, trainee
program, employee satisfaction survey.
✓ Provides day-to-day guidance to line managers regarding HR processes and procedures to ensure full
compliance with local legislation and internal regulation.
✓ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase employee’s
engagement, productivity, and retention.
✓ Manages staff wellbeing initiatives.
✓ Develops, implements, and follows up the employee satisfaction surveys; supports managers for follow up
action plans.
✓ Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
✓ Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure
training objectives are met.
✓ Provides support for the annual salary survey process and is responsible for internal calibration based on
survey outcomes.
Requirements
✓ + 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within multinational and entrepreneurial company (production, agribusiness, banking, FMCG, pharma), resolving complex employee relations issues.
HR generalist experience and knowledge is important. Able to act as true Business Partner – proactive, analytical, self-driven etc – mandatory!
A person located in the centre of RO : Sibiu, Brasov, Tg Mures ... can be ideal home place locations for this role in particular

✓ Previous experience in working with ERP, SAP Success Factors – it’s a plus

Technical back ground is a plus
