A well-established Multinational comapny is looking for an HRBP. 

the role will mainly tackle the duties of the HRBP, it will be responsible for executing the Human Resources plan in the disignated areas that He or She will be handeling. 
The role will tackle the Human resouurces responsibilities, and implementing the porcesses and the plans of the Human resources plan.Furthermore, you will be responsible for tackeling any issues that haapens with the processes and make sure to fault-proof the processes of the human resources within the disignated areas that the role will be handeling.

Requirments: 

• a minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience as HR Generalist or HRBP. 
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.

• Excellent customer service and stakeholder’s management skills.

• Fluency in English is A MUST

• Organized and able to manage time effectively.

• Ability to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive, fast paced medical environment.

• Ability to influence and direct center staff through effective leadership skills.

• Ability to understand, explain, follow, and enforce SOPs and protocols.

• Ability to defuse and resolve customer complaints in an effective manner

• Ability to plan, communicate and execute activities for the improvement of overall operations.
