Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the company’s people management strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Provide leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage.
