HR Manager for UK and Northern Europe
Office based in West London
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources Operations and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Candidates will need to be strong in character as this is a standalone role and will involving managing upwards.
Swedish or Finnish language highly desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Keep updated on all Laws & regulations
- Support and advise Managers and subjects from Health & Safety to employee surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
