Job Description:
The role will mainly tackle all the aspects of Human Resources as you will work in a well established organization reporting directly to the managerial Partner of the company.
You will be responsible for the whole North Africa Region but will be based in Egypt including all the French-speaking countries.
You will manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
You will ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, and global Regulations.
Developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, and global regulations.
Job Requirements:
- experience between 8 to 10 years in Human Resources.
- MUST have experience in a multinational company.
- English Fluency is a MUST.
- French is a HUGE PLUS.
- FMCG Experience is a PLUS.
