The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Personal profile This is achieved through:

•             Implement HR strategies and process aligned with the overall business strategy,

•             Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

•             Advise management on daily HR related topics including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Training and Development and Employment Relations.

•             Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

•             Manage the recruitment and hiring

•             Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

•             Build and develop the team based on business needs

•             Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders within the business to become a trusted advisor.

•             Nurture a positive working environment

•             5+ years’ experience as HR Manager

•             Knowledge of HR process and tools

•             People oriented and results driven

•             Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

•             Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

•             In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

•             Degree in Human Resources or related field

•             Very good knowledge of English

•             Result oriented
