Summarized Accountability:
This role is responsible for the organization’s security behavior and culture program. The overall goal of the security behavior and culture program is to reduce risk by ensuring all associates understand security best practices and apply those practices with respect to its systems. This position will manage a broad set of activities including drafting monthly publications, manage the day-to-day operations of our security training tools, report on latest activities and provide recommendations of future activities to reduce risk, collaborate with other teams to ensure security is embedded into daily functions, and help create a strong security culture. This position will also support on-going security operation functions to keep the organization secure.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks.

Tailor information security training, education, and awareness programs to reduce institutional risk related to lack of training.

Ensure that our security behavior and culture program communicates our security policies and requirements so that people know, understand, and can follow them.

Create a metrics framework that can effectively measure engagement, behaviors, and impact of security awareness initiatives.

You will support the pre-defined awareness program, completing task and producing content as to implement security awareness and training initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels (digital media, print media, training, events, etc.)

You will support the collection of feedback, comments, suggestions, and impressions from all employees, as engaged in the various awareness and training activities, for the evolution and improvement of security behavior & culture initiatives.

You will participate and help lead the design & implementation of the Security Champions program.

You will support the monitoring of our systems for compromise indicators and support the installation, update, and monitoring of various security control.
Experience & Education:
▪ 3+ Years of experience in the Security Awareness space ▪ Knowledge of computer-based training and e-learning services
IS Technical Discipline: -
Demonstrates understanding and use of basic project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.

Applies a robust knowledge of information security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and techniques in daily work.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical personnel.

Ability to communicate in a simple, clear and concise manner to the various communities within our organization.

Creative thinking and understanding of audience to produce engaging materials in a variety of formats and media, including storyboards, user guides, and gamification elements.

Ability to effectively contribute to and lead working groups.

Confidently develops and delivers presentations and is able to respond to questions.

Ability to take proactive steps to reduce risk across the enterprise by performing analysis and providing recommendations.
