Role details:
- Title / Designation: Hunter Sales (Cybersecurity – Enterprise)
- Location: USA (East Coast)
- Experience: 7-15 years
- Compensation: Up to USD 210K
Role & responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of net-new enterprise customers within the assigned territory or target account base.
- Proactively identify and engage senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, Security Operations leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Build, nurture, and sustain a strong outbound sales pipeline through cold outreach, executive networking, industry events, and partner ecosystems.
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to deal closure for new enterprise engagements.
- Strategically position and sell cybersecurity solutions across MDR, CAS, SVS, and SES service portfolios.
- Design and implement account penetration strategies, establishing multi-threaded relationships within complex enterprise environments.
- Lead executive-level discovery workshops, deliver solution presentations, and manage proposal discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, channel partners, and pre-sales teams to support demand generation and opportunity conversion.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the organization at industry conferences, events, and executive briefings to create new business opportunities.
Candidate requirements:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development and hunter-style sales.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring net-new logos and closing complex, high-value enterprise transactions.
- Experience selling cybersecurity to large, highly regulated organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior security and technology stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of key cybersecurity domains, especially IAM, MDR, and offensive security.
- Proven capability in outbound prospecting, opportunity qualification, and managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Solution Selling, or comparable methodologies.
- Highly disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
