Job Overview:
- We are seeking an HVAC Area Sales Manager based in Bucharest to cover the eastern part of Romania.
- This role involves managing existing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and promoting technical solutions in the HVAC field.
Key Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel within designated areas.
- Hunter profile with a focus on big client acquisition.
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively.
- Technical knowledge in the HVAC field.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening our market position in the region.
- Negotiating and fulfilling contracts.
- Monitoring customer payments.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Supporting technical and commercial solutions.
- Organizing and delivering presentations.
- Analyzing competition in the designated areas.
Requirements:
- Advanced technical knowledge in HVAC.
- Quick understanding of our products.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Dynamism and initiative.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability for travel.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Proficiency in PC operations (Office).
