- Diverse inventory of 7,000+ items in categories like Water, Thermal, Sanitary, Gas, Green Energy, and AC/Ventilation.

- Digital project management platform to support partners' business development.
Position Overview:
- Seeking sales-oriented candidates for North Romania in the installation, HVAC, and heating equipment sector.
- Requirements: Basic education, driver's license (Category B), psychological clearance, 1+ year general professional experience, and 1+ year specific experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client visits to promote company products in North Romania.
- Contribute to achieving the company's sales plan in the designated area.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with clients.
- Identify and introduce new clients to the company's distribution network.
- Actively promote the company's image and interests.
- Responsible for distribution and sales results in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
- Participate in sales campaigns and special actions.
- Provide clear reports on market realities.
- Participate in pricing policy decisions and contract agreements.
- Monitor payments and debt recovery from clients.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and propose actions.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal information.
- Contribute to sales growth in the designated area.
- Promote the company's platform to partners and clients.
- Collaborate with UID ambassadors for client visits.
- Seek continuous platform usage feedback.

Compensation:
- Salary range: 4,000 to 6,000 RON net per month.
- Bonuses: 0-30% net per month based on results.
