Our client is an MNC, HVAC manufacturer. This position is to be based in Dubai with regular travelling to South Africa required. Alternately, position can be based out of SA.

Roles & responsibilities –

• Recruit, De-recruit distributors for the brand.
• Negotiate contracts and prices.
• Provide consultation to position a unique value proposition in the form of developing HVAC solutions for customers, including financial and performance-based considerations.
• Utilize Account Management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
• Approach new prospects and identify business opportunities through prospection as part of the job.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross margin annual targets.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC solutions, Products, and relevant industry issues.

Required -

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Field sales, in an end-customer facing role, selling HVAC systems and/or Solutions or control systems
• Knowledge of South Africa HVAC market
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical studies with HVAC knowledge
