Responsibilities:

The candidate will be in charge to activate a branch office in Romania for the IT custom developments of the group.

He/She shall be able to lead a team of developers (3-5 people in the first phase) supporting, as Project Manager and Senior developers, the digital transformation initiatives of the Group in all the business functions.

The leader above-mentioned will work closely with the ICT headquarter in Italy, with the mission to shape and evolve the local team of ICT professionals and the future expected growing ICT Strategy in Romania.
 

Technical Requirements:

• Engineering, computer science degree or equivalent background
• Wide technical experience on IT solution developments
• Proficient in English  
• Team coordination experience (5+ people)
• Programming languages skills (Java JS, Python, Azure DevOps, Microsoft .NET, etc)
• Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server)

These additional capabilities will be considered a plus:

• Italian language
• Public Cloud developments on Microsoft or AWS
• Quality of code (static) and Automatic testing experiences
• ITIL, Prince2, PMI, Scrum, Agile certifications
• Artificial Intelligence services (Azure, SageMaker) and RPA (Automation Anywhere or other)
