*Responsibilities: 

- Works primarily within the IAM space and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.
- Provides advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administrate identity and compliance requirements.
- Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of the workforce and customer identity.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, application development teams, Cybersecurity staff, and the Infrastructure team to define the enterprise IAM strategy.
- Adapt the architecture to evolve and support security guidelines.
- Develop and deliver applicable documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster the Agile DevOps culture.

* Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in engineering or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of experience in IAM with 4+ years as SME/architect and 3+ years in Java, Symantec (Broadcom's) Identity Management (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration. Also, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or similar technology
- 5+ years of experience in data security practices and procedures, expert knowledge in UNIX/Linux system, JBoss, and Directory Services/LDAP
- 4+ years of experience development experience using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML, Linux and Windows platforms
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required, Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool
