Role details:

• Title / Designation:  IIoT Edge Architect (Manager / Senior Manager level)
• Reporting Manager: BU Head – IIoT
• Location: PAN India

Role & responsibilities:

• Consult with, solution for and steer delivery of IT-OT / PLC / Sensorization services and solutions for enabling Smart Manufacturing, Connected Things, Energy Management, Smart Healthcare, Asset Tracking and Management, ESG initiatives and such, for global customers
• Incorporate and facilitate execution of best and next practices in software architecture, design and development, including Azure / AWS cloud-native development and deployment (API / Microservices development, design patterns, UX and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)) and software process automation

Candidate requirements:

• 8-10 + years of experience, working in IIOT / Industry 4.0 space across Edge / Connectivity, covering one or more of Smart Manufacturing, Energy Management, healthcare, asset tracking, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in working with IoT Connectivity Protocols like HTTPS / MQTT / AMQP / Zigbee / LoRaWAN
• 5+ years of work experience in working with IoT Platforms like Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, IoT Suite, Azure Edge / AWS Edge components and IoT-Edge computing platforms like AWS Greengrass
• Knowledge of emerging IoT and Mobile Technologies and Communication protocols
• Strong knowledge on best practices for API / Microservices development, design patterns, UX and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Experience programming applications backed by cloud services
