Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have good PL SQL query development exposure
• Ability to assist a technical support team and troubleshoot any problems that occurs.
• Can manage both application support and development (50% support – 50% development)
• Providing support to customers experiencing technical issues.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understand business requirement and deliver the requirements within the given deadlines. Support is required anytime.
• Ensure proper coding standards to be followed by developers
• Effort estimations and Impact analysis
• Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of below mentioned technologies:
• Oracle 11g, 12c- Queries, Stored Procedures, Cursors, Performance tuning etc.
• Strong communication skills (Verbal and Non-verbal)
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• BE/BTech Computer Science/IT, MCA
• 5+ years’ experience

Competencies Required:

• Should have worked in Technology organization handling both delivery and support.
• An engineer at heart with an innate desire to make an impact. Imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about building innovative solutions
• Sound hands on experience in Application Development platforms.
