Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager-Implementation

Reporting to:  Implementation Head

Level: M9/M8

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate

Desired Qualification:  Post Graduate

Age: 25 – 40 years

Required experience range:  8 – 10 years

Targeted industry:  Logistics/supply chain

Roles and Responsibility

• Responsibility for the delivery for the project as per the project goals and objectives and as per the set parameters of time/cost/quality/safety/ compliance
• Shall be available to travel onsite PAN India for implementation planning and roll outs
• Getting BOQs, layouts prepared from vendor
• Manage the day-to-day project activities with vendors and team members
• Responsible complete Warehouse project readiness on-time and in-full (staffing, setup delivery and installation, equipment, training, systems, etc.)
• Developing and Managing project plan with timeline
• Coordinate with key stakeholders on completion of respective project activities
• Defining, communicating, monitoring and escalating project risks
• Hosting internal and external project team meetings on project status and issue resolutions, scope changes
• Coordinating project close-out and lessons learned activities
• Budget management and MOM for all projects on timely basis
• Getting all project billing / invoicing processed
• Ensure required processes are followed for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and delivering the project from concept stage to handover stage
• Initiatives on betterment and roll outs of project
• Travel upto 75%
• Good knowledge of MPP, MS Office suit for project planning and monitoring
