Job Description:

1. Negotiating rates for import and export shipments with worldwide agents and carriers.
2. Quoting to customers by written offer and follow up with them.
3. Making reservations between our company and shipping line and agents.
4. Manage and following the customs clearance process.
5. Following with the shippers directly.
6. Responsible for all import & export shipment process and documentation in import and export.
7. Preparing reports and details involve for import and export shipment. Send weekly reports to the responsible manager.
8. Payment follow up.
