Position: Improve Plant and Technology Transfer Manager

Location: Close to Lille (10 km to Lille)

• Site over 200ppls 
• Direct lead of team around 20ppls(engineers and technicians) 
• You will be part of the management committee of the plant.
• The position reports to the Site director

Main Missions:

• Manage the following teams and aeras:
  • Service for process and projects improvements (IP Process & Projects)
  • Engineering service (Bureau Etude)
  • Service for scale-up and process transfer between Enzymes site of F&B division (Global Technology Transfer)
  • Sustainability including program for energy and water savings.
  • Information technology (IT) and Operational technology (OT)
  • Management of change process (at both levels, manufacturing, and business)
• Develop and implement the investment plan supporting the site's development strategy (10-year plan), guarantee the deployment of areas for improvement in its field,
• Contribute to the selection of operational development options for the division, through its expertise in processes and equipment in the fields of enzymatic biotechnology.

Qualification: 

• Engineer, PhD or master's degree, biotechnology or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in team management, in-depth knowledge of biotechnology (processes and equipment) applied to the food industry.
• Strong ability to federate collaboration between the support services under his responsibility in order to define and achieve a common vision.
• Strong EHS Culture
• Fluency in English is essential, French practice will be useful.
