We are supporting a leading industrial organization in identifying a Digital Transformation Engineer to contribute to its data-driven transformation across production and operations.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and advanced analytics, focusing on turning complex industrial data into tangible improvements in efficiency, performance, and decision-making.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale industrial datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Develop machine learning models for predictive maintenance, process improvement, and resource efficiency
- Support initiatives around energy optimization and raw material consumption
- Build and maintain data pipelines ensuring data quality and availability
- Translate analytical insights into actionable solutions for engineering and operations teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to embed data-driven solutions into daily operations
Your Profile:
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, ideally within an industrial environment
- Strong skills in Python and SQL (R is a plus)
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Exposure to data engineering and/or big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus
- Ability to connect data insights with real operational impact
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Greek & English
