While the entire staff is French & English speaking, a minimum B1 level in German is preferred to facilitate interactions with local partners.

We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer / Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our production system and maintain maximum efficiency:

Industrial Maintenance Engineer / Technician (m-w-d)

Region Offenburg, Baden Württemberg

Your Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute regular maintenance operations to anticipate and prevent failures.
• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Identify faults and carry out or coordinate corrective interventions as needed.
• Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of spare parts by supervising stock management.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead projects aimed at enhancing the performance of our production system.
• Installation & Commissioning: Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Quality, Safety & Environment: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your Profile:

• You hold a technical traineeship / studies with experience in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years expertise in mechanics, electricity, and automation.
• German and/or English language proficiency (B1 minimum) is an asset for communicating with local partners and with HQ in France.
• You are autonomous, committed to continuous learning, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.
