Job Title: Influencer Marketing Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in influencer marketing, brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and leverage influencer partnerships for business growth.
- Identify, research, and onboard influencers who align with our brand values and target audience, ensuring they have an authentic voice and active following across relevant platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, acting as their main point of contact. Collaborate on content development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Coordinate budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and provide proactive recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing, proposing innovative strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, social media, content, and creative, to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive initiatives, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to leverage influencers and enhance brand positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar or senior role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices. Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and onboard influencers with significant impact and engagement rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including budgeting, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
