A major Chinese owned e-commerce site has an exciting opportunity for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead their global influencer strategy across multiple key campaigns, including major shopping festivals, seasonal marketing moments, and ongoing content partnerships.
This role will be instrumental in driving both awareness and conversion through creator collaborations, while managing internal governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of global influencer campaigns (across UK, Europe, and international markets)
• Collaborate closely with our brand marketing team to support co-branded and product-focused influencer content
• Own the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns for high-impact promotions and hot-topic moments
• Oversee influencer sourcing, contract negotiation, campaign briefing, content approval, and performance tracking
• Build and maintain a qualified influencer database (including KOLs and long-tail creators)
• Work cross-functionally with content, legal, and data teams to ensure risk control and compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years in influencer marketing, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands
• Strong knowledge of UK and European creator ecosystems across Instagram,
TikTok, and YouTube
• Proven success in large-scale or cross-market campaigns
• Native English or professional fluency; Mandarin is a strong plus
• Highly organised, performance-driven, with strong creative sensibility
This is a London based role in the office 5 days per week with generous renumeration on offer
