Hiring for an Information Security Manager Lithuania for a global FinTech SaaS B2B Payments Infrastructure platform that supports real-time cross border payments transaction processing, clearing and settlement services for mobile wallets and bank accounts payment systems.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Team as a liaison to various departments on cyber security and cyber risk issues, oversee the security operations, tools, applications, vulnerability management and architecture teams
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that secure coding practises and compliance are integrated into the workflow without creating bottlenecks.
• Assess new cybersecurity threats and IT trends to create effective security controls.
• Put a strong emphasis on automation and modern security practises to protect the organisation proactively.
• Interact with senior business leaders to promote cyber security as a business enabler and to protect the company's value.
• Understanding in implementing common compliance standards, such as PCI DSS and SOC Type
• Ability to influence and lead change, maintaining collaborative and trusted relationships with stakeholders, and to lead cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and cope effectively with competing priorities.
• Proven progressive IT Security experience, including hands-on positions and architecture/design

Candidate requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in Information Security, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or other relevant area, with specific knowledge of and exposure to data integrity and cyber security, including related policies and processes with 6 years of relevant experience
• PG degree in computer science, information systems, or systems engineering
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar mandatory
• FinTech / Financial institution experience, Knowledge of compliance regulations – highly preferable 
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST
• Extensive / expert working knowledge of information security and vulnerabilities / best practices, tools and techniques including experience:
• policy development
• process design
• antimalware / end-point detection and response
• intrusion prevention, detection, and response
• data loss prevention
• encryption
• incident management; and forensics
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking skills, and strong decision-making skills, detail oriented with written and oral communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Visio
