Our client is a fast-scaling SaaS product company operating in the cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) domain. The organization provides automation-driven solutions that help businesses streamline compliance management, audit readiness, security monitoring, and risk governance across global frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, GDPR, and related standards

• Title / Designation: InfoSec Researcher
• Work mode: Remote
• Work time: General shift timing

Role & responsibilities:

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance compliance and security capabilities within the platform
• Configure, review, and design control mapping aligned to SOC2 and related frameworks
• Support product enhancement initiatives from a security and compliance perspective
• Prepare and manage policy templates, compliance documentation, and security controls
• Assist in implementing and improving compliance processes across the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on product security and governance activities
• Review cloud infrastructure security practices and recommend improvements where required

Candidate requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, Product Compliance, or Compliance Consulting
• Strong hands-on expertise in SOC2 compliance and security frameworks is mandatory
• Exposure to frameworks such as NIST and GDPR would be preferred 
• Experience with control mapping, policy templates, audit workflows, and compliance processes
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
• Candidates should have exposure to product-based environments and contributed towards product enhancement initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with tech/product teams
