Job Description
Our client is a dynamic international organization, a global market leader for customized material handling systems based on spiral conveying technology. The company is based in Netherlands and operates in Romania through the branch of Jucu, Cluj County.
Inside Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Act as the representative of the inside sales department, providing technical and commercial support.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality quotations and order confirmations within agreed lead times.
- Accurately specify and communicate order information to the manufacturing department in a timely manner.
- Execute sales activities as agreed upon with the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
- Maintain responsibility for the quality of support provided to the ASM and/or assigned accounts.
- Manage assigned accounts in alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, guidelines, and systems by providing valuable input.
- Adhere to and communicate in accordance with established processes, guidelines, and systems both internally and externally.
- Foster close business relationships with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Serve as a professional business partner for customers, prospects, influencers, and stakeholders in every interaction.
- Strive for cost efficiency in all daily activities to support the overall financial health of the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field;
- 1 3 years relevant experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in English other languages are an advantage;
- Familiarity with Inventor, Solidworks and/or AutoCAD;
- Experience in Logistic fulfilment or packaging market is an advantage;
- You have a positive and open mindset;
- You can work in projects and you are focused on customer satisfaction and results;
- You can combine a commercial approach with delivering a good technical solution with the right quality;
- Team player, but also capable of solving problems individually;
- You enjoy working in an ever-changing, dynamic environment;
- Driving license.
