Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counselors to guide students and professionals in selecting suitable certification and training programs aligned with their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners on courses and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Basic understanding of technical training programs is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
