• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Handle the processing of all quotations and orders with accuracy and within the service levels.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• With the Salesperson, be a key point of contact to the Customer.
• Propose alternative solutions to areas where the specification is not to requirements on technical merit or budget.
• Communicate progress to the Customer consistently to inform them of order status.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
• Managing incoming calls/emails and customer service inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Support the maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring all records are kept up to date.Desired Experience
- Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Ability to perform under pressure and stressful condition & strong attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and manners.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of SAP systems is a must have.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Taking full ownership of her/his own workload.
- Critical and objective thinking skills.
