The role
Inside Sales specialist
Reporting to the sales manager and to the Country Manager develops and acquires accounts in line with the corporate strategy in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• uses the CRM to ensure the traceability of the transformation of leads into opportunities and sales.
• monitors and qualifies existing and new accounts within the territory.
• timely converts the leads into one or more opportunities.
• contacts the prospects to transform the opportunities into orders.
• acquires and further develops the knowledge needed to reach the set goals by making use of internal training tools and by self-qualification.
• attends conventions and vendors days to meet existing customers and generate leads.
• submits a monthly activity planning for the coming period to the direct manager
Qualifications:
• B. Sc. in Life Sciences
• Fluent English and local language
• Sales experience (1 year minimum)

• ability to understand and qualify customers and prospects
