Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Chicago / Remote
You are a successful business development representative with a solid experience in developing
new leads for enterprise software vendors and are looking to further your career by joining a pioneering, fast growing software vendor in the creative software industry.The role
Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead you will work closely with the sales team to develop the sales pipeline. You will reach out to potential customers to enrich information and qualify the lead, research targeted accounts and enrich information and work to shorten the sales cycle and close deals with new customers.

Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Outreach via multiple communication channels
- Analyse the needs of prospects and customers
- Combine inbound lead qualification with outbound initiatives
- Contribute to significant growth via desk research, business development and campaign management with the marketing team.
- Provide information to Account Executives about prospects, you will work very closely with your allocated Account Executive(s)
- Keep sales tools up to date and log communication with customers, leads and prospects in SalesForce
- Upscale leads by organizing next steps such as demo or onsite visit
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete contact information and emails
- Spot the commercial opportunity when interviewing the prospect
- Follow up leads and report the status of leads to your Account Executive
- Work with the Inside Sales Team Lead towards a continuous learning training pat.
You will manage inside sales team coordinator tasks such as help with onboarding and training of inside sales team colleagues, take responsibility for inside sales activity reporting and aligning with the marketing team, coordination of operational processes and utilization of insides sales team SW & sales enablement tools.
Qualifications, technical and professional knowledge
At least a first experience (1-3 years) in an internal sales role, preferred in a software industry environment
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent SFDC discipline or CRM hygiene, Outreach experience is a plus Fluent in English (Dutch, French, German or any other language is a plus) For you, reaching out to prospects and outbounding is a natural fit Research and results oriented
- Objection handling
- Very structured in the way you work and follow up with prospects Experience with building communication sequences
